Beamagine S.L., winner of the 2017 UPC award on valorization of research to the best technology-based company

The jury awarded the 2017 prize to the best technology-based company or spin-off to Beamagine SL for the company’s evolution (economic results, number of highly qualified jobs created, international projection, investments or financing received, awards, and the existing collaboration with UPC) as well as the role of the research group in the strategy of creation and growth of the company.

The UPC Prize of Valorization of Research, convened by the Social Council of the Technical University of Catalonia, aims to recognize the work done by the research groups of the UPC in the different modalities of valorization (spin-offs, contract and patents).
